Our pilot project is an interactive installation for Lyon Park Primary School, a culmination of architecture and art into one structure. With the project being secured in Autumn 2025, we were tasked with designing and building an installation for 240 students across Years 1 and 2, delving into architecture being a vessel for identity, heritage, and cultural pride.

We created a series of structures that incorporated a facade that displays artwork produced by the students themselves through a series of art workshops organised and carried out by our studio, and this collection of structures is used in the KS1 playground as a child-scale exhibition with integrated greenery and seating.

The project reflects our wider ambition to create architecture and art that is both emotionally and socially engaged, all while being integrated into the everyday lives of demographics that need it the most. Through transforming the children’s drawings into a visual, tangible, and interactive element, we are encouraging them to celebrate their backgrounds and remember that they are valued regardless of their identity.
